Pros
Well i guess the pros would be good pay when asked from recruiting coordinator and training but other then that when you are on the floor you are watched
Cons
I didn't appreciate being fired for glancing at my phone at times even though we are required to jot down data every single second. I've seen co-workers on their phone most of the time and when I do it I get fired for it lol. And hearing malicious acts from other co-workers and not getting any kind of punishment really puts me off as someone who worked for them for about 4-5 months at best lol
