Medical and Dental plan are just OK. They are good for health maintenance but not for any really serious conditions. A lot of the systems for doing things are outdated and need upgrading. Progress is being made but it is slow. Getting tools to get your work done is difficult. Sometimes just getting a pen is a hassle. Way too controlling in this area.
