Pros
Everyone brings something to the table. The combination of skill sets creates a great learning environment and unique approaches to client projects. From team-to-team the talent level is high. There are opportunities to advance quickly and take on a lot of responsibility. You're also given the chance to be in front of clients and manage projects and relationships. The amount of company growth in the past few years is definitely impressive.
Cons
The office environment is pretty much heads down-earphones in. The benefits package does not include a retirement plan and 10 PTO days is pretty low. Receiving internal guidance and feedback on work can sometimes be hard to come by.
