      had some good experience/exposure and understanding of the manufacturing company, the business risks, functioning etc.

      Cons

      Low salary than market, stringent work time, no appraisal cycle. Correction : Left the company in 2012 (dropdown did not enable to select the desired year).

      Helpful environment and colleagues, low workforce means more hands-on experience at various stages. High capacity for personal growth.

      Cons

      Low professional growth both vertically and horizontally upto a certain stage. Beyond the stage, opportunities open up again.

      People working in Ess Dee Aluminium (Div: India Foils) had some great people with vast work experience in their respective domain. Be it technical or Supply Chain, Whatever knowledge i posses in the field of Supply Chain i have garnered that same working with these solid mindsets.

      Management policy is very negative.
