Work is constant and can be very different with all the machine designs this makes the time go by quickly, some friendly people to have a chat with.
Cons
The constant changing or what is important today which wasn’t the day before with customer order deadlines, leads to a confusing day to day work flow, that gets tiresome very quickly.
