Company will work with you and is very easy going.

Some markets do not have a service manager on site and then you get lost in the shuffle. Some ebbs and flows in number of service calls.

I love the work environment. Everyone treats each other like family, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie here. The work is enjoyable as well, it’s very hands on and educational, not to mention applicable to other careers/projects

The initial work dragged a bit, but that was due to Covid-19, not really the fault of Espresso Partners.
