While I value the flexibility in our work schedule, there have been instances where workloads have become overwhelming.

I have been working for the company less than a year and I was a little hesitant at start however I was provided with valuable guidance and support by my team and the general manager. I feel trusted and respected as a manager and team member. I am happy with my decision to join the company, I am looking forward to growing within ESon2.

The working hours are not flexible and we all work office based however our offices are super luxurious and spacious.
