Pros
I never thought i will have a nightmare in real life, before joining Esolvit i was a award winning performer after joining here i came to know i need to learn how to do my work a bunch of jerks thought me work... they trained me in such a way where my achievements and rewards which i earned earlier were nothing in the way of business they do thank god i got awake with in 6 months from this nightmare
Cons
1. In a field where you can't find a perfect resume management needs 6 resumes which are bunch of waste as the account manager will be so busy they can't even submit atleast 1 resume in EOD 2. No Proper resources to the employees 3. Management will take away your database and send you/Kick you out 4. they want your personal email access 5. very insecured management 6.bad office infrastructure 7. irresponsible management 8. A general store where owner wants his employees to work all the day 9. No breaks allowed (always work work work ) 10. too much office politics
