Pros

I really don't know ... But I wish I could

Cons

I can only talk about the Australian subsidiary. Well, there is a poor management and no leadership. Time management is an unknown term there. Communication is poor, really poor. You will be aware that you are the lead consultant on a project 2 days before meeting the client for a workshop ... The project managers don't know the solution, so the "tech" team must rescue them daily. Testing at Esker? It doesn't exist. we put in production, we cross the fingers and hope for the best. When I explained that to my boss he didn't understand ... Maybe because he is not aware of what we are doing. I won't recommend that company, and it got worse days after days. And in terms of salary is way below the market. Of course, if they will try to take advantage of you. Each dime is important to them if it's not in their pocket. The office is not maintained there is no common room, so you always eat in front of your desk. Clearly, the company is sales-oriented, only numbers matter. There is also a competition between different subsidiaries, jealousy is growing. Good luck to current employees!

Pros

Hybrid workplace Great coworkers Supplied equipment Yearly 3-4% raise

Cons

Culture shift after acquisiton Massive budget cuts for department workers to work with Uncertainty in job security Has little to no say on the direction of the company due to selling off their stock shares (which they basically pushed all employees to sell their personal shares for the acquisition to go through) and have less members on their board than the investment firm Value their bottom line more than employees
