Some of the employees were really nice and kept me sane
Cons
Literally the worse place I have ever worked at. Management brings their home and interpersonal tensions to work and the mood of the office is dependent on how stressed they are. There is a constant level of micromanagement on your productivity. Management cannot make up their mind so everyone else has to scramble to meet their changing demands.
The work culture is "like a family", I think that says enough.
