Pros
This company was good but from last 1.5 years all seniors and skillful persons left this company (130+ persons) because top management play office polities. Himanshu gumbar is king of office polities and hr's behavior is very rude and unprofessional. I don't see hr like her. Himanshu gumbar target you if you left office at 6.30pm. No matter how much you skillful and fast in work. He stop you after 6.30pm (no matter if you face personal problem. His ego is bigger then your problem). If you can work 9am to 11pm night on daily. Then you are very skillful person. No matter you deliver any work or not. But with late seating you will star in office. If you can't work after 6.30pm then be ready to be fire. They not pay money for extra hours, no incentive, no fund.
Cons
Late seating is not a parameter of dedication and hard work. Personal life and family values is also important. Employees are very hard working, friendly and supportive. They do very hard work. I salute to all employees for support.
