Friendly staff, amazing perks (about $1k worth of free tickets every year to many suppliers including theatre, sports, entertainment). Small business so you can make your job what you want it to be. Sure you start off answering phones and email questions, but you can do social media, email marketing, supplier relations etc if you have the desire to.
