      Pros

      Organic growth and inorganic growth make this a very interesting company to work for. The upper management is in-tune with workers and the individual strengths that each person contributes.

      Cons

      This company is growing very rapidly and the workforce is struggling to keep up. Wearing multiple hats is fairly normal.
