good compensation, free air fare and accomodation..

i didn't like the way their HR manager at Dubai was handling the employees problems. They terminate employees without conducting further investigation. kinda one sided management.... hope they'll have a more efficient staff at HR Dubai to work on their employees' visa and a manager that has an open mind and know how to balance the situation before terminating any employee.
