      You're helping your community by providing an important resource.

      Cons

      Management is overly political. They use the staff's compassion against them, knowing that they will sacrifice to ensure good care. Decisions are made over and over again that go against the best interest of patients and staff. They halt employee benefits repeatedly in times of need, and pass out bonuses to the higher-ups regardless.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
