      Provides care to those with no other option Doctors are fantastic Facility is kept clean

      Promotions and raises are very difficult to obtain. Management is always looking to cut costs and that affects to workflow.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
