Chronically understaffed. Please check reviews for Murphy Medical Center as well (previous name). Negative reviews are accurate. They have a clique which creates a hostile work environment which is not controlled. Workplace bullying in the form of verbal aggression, condescending remarks, exclusion, belittling, passive aggressive techniques. No improvement after discussions with management. Public humiliation- yelling at staff in public areas by peers and/or physicians.
