Cons

No raises, no bonuses, extremely low staffing ratios, no incentive or call back pay for overtime despite low staffing, lack of hiring experienced nurses, stalling or lack of opportunities to grow or internal transfers, high nurse turnover after less than 2 years of working

Pros

My manager is always available for assistance and guidance. My co-workers are helpful.

Cons

The on-site computer network needs to be reconfigured so that fitness members can login to the facility without disrupting the technician's use of the computer while assisting new or existing members.
