      As a student nurse tech, I get a lot of experience and the RNs that I work with are always willing to help/teach!

      Cons

      Techs do not make enough for all that they do! We didn't even get a Christmas bonus this year.

      Pros

      My manager is always available for assistance and guidance. My co-workers are helpful.

      Cons

      The on-site computer network needs to be reconfigured so that fitness members can login to the facility without disrupting the technician's use of the computer while assisting new or existing members.
