      work with amazing co-workers, we support each other.

      Cons

      terrible working condition, 4 nurses in a room designed for one person. No privacy. Have to share a restroom with pts and visitors which was not clean all the time. Never met CEO or any upper management except in our department.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
