Good pay and smart people

Poor worklife balance. Not much room for improvement

Being such a small company no matter what role you take on here you will get to interact with all departments and see all aspects of how a design company functions. I know there were some recent management changes and high turnover but now from what I hear everything is now stable again.

High turnover rate and low employment moral hurts the company culture and day to day at Erin for sure. Management treats employees as if they are disposable and for Christmas you get a $20 starbucks card.
