Pros
Excellent pay and benefits; better than most companies in the area. The company really wants everyone to feel like part of the team and works hard to include everyone and ensure employees are satisfied (or at least that their opinions are heard and respected).
Cons
Upward mobility is challenging when the positions are not always filled based on qualifications. It can be challenging to request time off and not much PTO is given per year.
