Fantastic benefits - employer pays for part of your insurance (the most expensive for a family was as much or less than I paid as an individual at other companies), pension + 401k included
Cons
100% remote, technological difficulties can be expected. High rate of claims with little chance to be 100% caught up (as long as you aren’t out for a long time or don’t need to be out often and have good organization and time management skills, you should be fine).
