Multi-national truly diverse organisation, healthcare, pension, friendly and helpful work environment, high spec laptop, WFH equipment, diverse portfolio meaning you can get exposure to many different technologies
Cons
In Ireland, promotion to senior engineer is guarded by a manager nomination and interview process where there is no third party referee which means that promotion can simply be refused with impunity using made-up excuses. Coupled with the fact that moving to another company would earn you twice or three times the pay increase of a successful senior promotion, it's clear that Ericsson Ireland does not value loyalty, so neither should you.
