1. Big Company/Brand 2. Working with global Clients 3. Exposure with latest & New Technologies. 4. Free Certifications (or Company reimburse) 5. COCP(Company Owned Company Paid) SIM card 6. You will earn some extra Money if working on Holiday(I think double Pay) 7. Reference Bonus(when your referenced employee's 1st salary will be credited). 8. Job Security in EGIL. 9. EGIL Arranges Good Sessions related to Financial tips, PF, Health, Meditation/Yoga and lot more. 10. Table/Chair/Lamp Facility during Work From Home period.

Cons

1. In EIL/EGIL, in Most of projects working culture is Desi, not professional. 2. Very Low Night Shift Allowance. 3. Only single trip CAB facility (in Night only, no CAB during General Shift). 4. No Job Security in EIL, while EGIL provides Job Security. 5. Freshers can only Join EGIL(Ericsson Global India Ltd.)/EIL(Ericsson India Ltd.) if they are hired in Campus Hiring, otherwise it is nearly impossible for a less experienced person(0-2 years experienced) to join the company. 7. Work Life Balance is not good.

Pros

-Technological superior to most other companies with use of AI and promising future tech/programs -benefits and pay are very competetive -room for professional growth and advancement if you know how to work in a corporate environment -resume development and professional advancement

Cons

-leadership ideology doesnt match the company/CEOs mission statement or belief (company is said to be all for safety yet leaders get put in charge and quickly dismantle and lay off 3 quarters of the safety department) -Leadership changes structure to benefit themselves by having all support functions report to them instead of the CEO, this ensures all support functions take a back seat to production and financial gain to include their employees well being -Company restructured and reorganizes very often while showing no loyalty to the employees who work hard and want to stay, this leads to turn over of great employees.
