Pros
Ericsson in general respects your personal life. I rarely have to work overtime. Ive never had to work weekends.
Cons
At Ericsson, Madrid, once you reach a certain seniority, there is no longer any room to grow neither professionally nor economically. I havent had a raise in 6 years, mainly because Im at the upper limit for my professional category, and the only way to increase is to get into management (non-technical) or some sort of administration.
