      Pros

      The management in my group is extremely supportive of employees and their careers. There are many opportunities to grow and I always feel like I'll be helped along the way. My colleagues are incredibly smart (and kind!) and I learn something new everyday. After hearing about our 2015 company goals today, I'm even more proud to be part of an innovative business with a bright future ahead. Plus, there are free drinks and snacks!

      Cons

      There is some resistance to change, but that's human nature in general.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
