      Ericsson has as customers some of the big operators in the world. They use to develop technology that helps operators in their every day operations, for example the Erlang programming language.

      Cons

      A lot of jobs are being outsourced to other places, which generally decreases local employees engagement. A lot of rotation of first line managers makes hard to keep track on employees development.

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
