      Very HQ controlled and bureaucratic Management (all levels) has turned arrogant The famous Ericsson culture is slowly fading away with the bad management Benefits are non-existing

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
