Pros
I worked with people from all over the world which was a wonderfully enriching experience. The people I worked with were overachievers who valued the importance of a job well done. Advancement in Ericsson was attainable with initiative and drive.
Cons
Work/life balance was not possible. A 40-hour workweek was for the lower performers. I believe that the offices in other countries might have had better balance, but in the US the expectation was to work long days and weekends.
