Pros
1) Good work Life Balance - Flexible work hours, WFH option 2) Standard Pay across all employees based upon experience and capabilities, 3) Good Processes & policies 4) Helpful colleagues and up to date technologies used in projects, 5) The company has trust on its employees which in turn indicates a good job security and positive outlook even in the hard times the industry is going through. 6) Excellent for gaining telecom domain knowledge
Cons
1) Joining process is quite slow compared to any other A grade company I had exp with, 2) Not that great facilities@workplace compared to peer product companies . 3) People in the experience range of 1-8 years in general falls in the same career band .
