      Pros

      You have the opportunity to work with great professionals and surround yourself by lots of talented colleagues. Great multicultural and true global atmosphere that makes the day-to-day a very rewarding experience. Very customer-centric environment.

      Cons

      It is not easy to find cons while working for Ericsson. Probably any con has to do with the size of the company and its natural limitations to be agile and fast in executing its plans and strategy.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
