Best is only if u dont want to work n live a life full of laziness n comfort. No career growth fr hardworkers. If u good in buttering, u will grow easily.

Poor leadership team, full of biasness, false policy, poor salary for GSSC HR team., Efforts not being counted. No employee motivation.
