      Good environment. Fair balance of work/life Good place to retire

      Cons

      Except in the radio base station, technology and understanding of the market is absent. Senior management does not understand how things are changing, and are stuck in the 80s.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
