Pros
Alot of autonomy, respect and a place which will provide a clear career development path. There are alot of leadership development programs which are very useful.
Cons
No real downsides though the economy is forcing cost driven decisions to be made - it is still a fundamentally strong company which has a clear vision and strategy moving forward.
