I feel important at EIG, like my voice matters. Remote work is such a benefit that a lot of firms no longer offer. Raises are nice and sometimes there are bonuses.

Technology updates take forever to happen. Helpdesk Tickets go unresolved for years.

The people here are generally very nice and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant day-to-day environment. There are occasionally catered lunches in the office, and the kitchen is always well-stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks for the team.

The primary issue is that the pay is significantly lower than what competitors are offering for similar roles. Even after staying with the company for a full year, there was no raise provided—not even a 1% cost-of-living adjustment. Additionally, the workload is very high and feels disproportionate to the current pay grade, leading to an unsustainable balance for the compensation received.
