Pros
Pay is about market rate, some good people, benefits such as nursery on site, small Christmas cash gift, owned by charitable trust, try’s to do the right thing for clients.
Cons
There are some great things about the company at its core but unfortunately it’s “traditional values” mean that any diversity isn’t welcomed and when challenged it is brushed off by senior leaders as a HR issue rather than a company culture issue. Projects are tick box exercises rather than to actually affect change and internal systems are slow, manual and frustrating. Culture means people cover themselves and deliver the bare minimum rather than getting on with the job or being empowered to make decisions.
