      Eric Wright. He cares about staff and turned the company into a charitable one, for the greater good.

      Cons

      It is a boys club. Like it or lump it dynamic. Management can be very rude and if you speak up you are not taken seriously. Very defined hierarchy and challenge is not welcomed
