Pros

Worked there for seven years. Left with a bang. The guy didn't serve in the army so he was exercising some power over us. Finnicky projecteur, always uptight, and just cares about his own pockets getting bigger. Paid on the clock, unlike other Israeli companies, but company had a stale feel to it.

Cons

All you have to do is read my pros....

Pros

Company is stable and reliable. They don't lay off employees easily. You can stay on for years after retirement age if that's what you want. They help employees in times of personal crisis ... if you're 'loyal'. Nice for people who don't speak Hebrew / prefer to work with Anglos. Holiday gift certificates and flowers for grandchildren

Cons

Pay is average and they don't give raises during 'difficult times' (which are frequent) - even if they are making a nice profit ... but at least you're not laid off. Conservative and old-fashioned. Managers are like school teachers. They like employees to stay in their lane. The CEO doesn't trust anyone and spies on employees. Snobby.
