Pros

Great team of people who work way too hard for way to little benefit.

Cons

Anything that happens has to be with the blessing of the management triad, one of only three people (or Salim). Very little distribution of decisions and power. If you want a bonus for your hard work? Better be good at poker, because that bonus comes if you win a seat on an all expense paid trip to Las Vegas where you can use your bonus in the forms of booze and strippers. Which is a shame, because the people who are the worst at poker make the biggest difference to the company's bottom line. And probably care the least about lap dances. Oh, and prepare to be a slave 24/7 with no sympathy for holidays or family events. If the company needs you, there is no excuse good enough.

Pros

Management mostly leaves you alone as long as you do your work. Hybrid work from home, but that is slowly getting gutted by a push to Return to Office initiatives.

Cons

25-30% lower wages than industry standard, Abuse of salaried employees with a 24x7 on-call rotation shift every month with zero compensation. I have been working here for 4 years without a review, bonus, cost of living raise. My salary is $30k less than industry standard, and $10k less than positions 3 levels below mine. We have lost 6 people in the last year in our division and the work they did gets piled onto those of us that are left, with no plans by management to replace the employees. Every time any of this is brought up, we are told we are in a "Wage and Hiring Freeze", meanwhile Ergos has bought at least 10+ MSP companies in the last two years to increase their client base because "Organic Growth" is overshadowed by greed. After the clients are acquired, the staff is gutted and the work is once again piled onto the remaining employees. Management absorbed a company with 20+ employees and 32 clients, then fired all but one employee, increasing our already unbearable workload, and we are given told we just have to deal with it.
