Pros

Great looking People like myself! Very Knowledgeable people, again like myself Low Stress environment! Good benefits + Free parking! Free Cloths (Ergos Shirts) Always a Shoulder to cry on if needed (Although if you work here you don't need it because you have nothing to cry about) Lots of diversity of thought and feelings New Location to larger building (Healthy due to more walking distance to your desk)

Cons

- No 3 ply paper in the bathrooms - Bathroom rush after lunch is a bit of a problem (Sometimes you have to go to the second floor due to the downstairs being full) Investment in more bathroom stalls downstairs would be a positive for efficiency - Sometimes you have to do a one week on call once a quarter but mostly you can pay people to do it for you if needed - Shoes are required while walking around (this is a very archaic rule and should be updated for us whom identify as Barefootian) - Sometimes they run out of free gummy bears - Coffee Creamer (The good stuff) is not always stocked

Pros

Management mostly leaves you alone as long as you do your work. Hybrid work from home, but that is slowly getting gutted by a push to Return to Office initiatives.

Cons

25-30% lower wages than industry standard, Abuse of salaried employees with a 24x7 on-call rotation shift every month with zero compensation. I have been working here for 4 years without a review, bonus, cost of living raise. My salary is $30k less than industry standard, and $10k less than positions 3 levels below mine. We have lost 6 people in the last year in our division and the work they did gets piled onto those of us that are left, with no plans by management to replace the employees. Every time any of this is brought up, we are told we are in a "Wage and Hiring Freeze", meanwhile Ergos has bought at least 10+ MSP companies in the last two years to increase their client base because "Organic Growth" is overshadowed by greed. After the clients are acquired, the staff is gutted and the work is once again piled onto the remaining employees. Management absorbed a company with 20+ employees and 32 clients, then fired all but one employee, increasing our already unbearable workload, and we are given told we just have to deal with it.
