Pros
Great atmosphere, music, snacks, casual dress, open thinking, micro managing does not exist, forward thinking approaches, well known in the industry, cool products, different experiences. Challenging, encourages you to think outside the box, industry leader. There are many smart people inside of the company who work very hard. Lots of pros including awesome benefits.
Cons
Your experience will vary greatly depending on the department you are in. The rules don't apply to everyone. The lax environment can lead to things that are not appropriate but you do not feel comfortable saying so. If you didn't agree or went against the grain it doesn't go well. Was not a good work\home life balance for me. It was for me, but it isn't a culture fit for everyone. People get the impression that it is a lax company because of the environment, but it is quite the opposite.
