Pros
Flexibility, decent pay, lots of support for growing opportunities, they promote growth, clear career path, regardless of your position you could bring up ideas and work in multiple initiatives. Book club, different channels to join team members with the same interest for example ''United We Learn'' we share different courses, Brown Bag where you learn new skills, open door policy everybody is a slack away from each other.
Cons
They need to continue building up their learship team in coaching, how to provide feedback and espcially on follow up. Overall the company created a Manager Coach, but I still believe some of the leadership staff use perception as their form of handling a team which could sometimes make it a bit uncomfortable. Some things are not standarized (process and procedures), its work in progress which is good but I believe is a big opportunity for a company that will grow as much.
