**Their mission in being fully organic within their produce & delivering quality to their guests ** employee discounts - 20% on items & 50% on meals (1 per day) ** culture of learning about the food industry and great onboarding, even the valet clerk knows about various food issues, the importance of organic eating etc
Cons
**Low pay, which is incongruent with their notoriously high prices **short breaks and hard to take advantage of meal perks when the salary is so low **consensus among employees that they often harp on technicalities to fire/take disciplinary action against workers - in their efforts to make sure food/products isn’t being stolen & get people to adhere to strict time/call out procedures
