      Growing company with opportunity to keep growing.

      Cons

      Like many other successful companies, private equity swooped in and started changing the rules to benefit those at the top. C-level compensation continues to increase while comp plans for sales gets cut back.

      Top in class products, blue chip client base and lead generation program

      Cons

      Only out of alignment aspect of the regional sales roles is the current sales manager. High pressured tactics remove joy from what is otherwise a great job .... disincentive.... its a pity. Every one of the regional sales managers want individual gone. Excessive turnover will be the result ultimately.
