      Pros

      Erdos Miller has some of the smartest and best people I've ever gotten to work with. The culture is fantastic, the company is flexible on work hours to allow for personal life matters, and they've got great insurance benefits.

      Cons

      The company sometimes tries to do too many things at once which can cause stress when you're trying to accomplish them all.

      Pros

      Great small team to work with. Lots of very interesting projects, lots of professional freedom, fun environment, free soda and snacks, free beer Fridays!

      Cons

      Small so didn't manage oil crisis well as we had one major client. They are working on diversifying more with is helping, but not quickly as they need to.
