Greatful at first but left a sour taste - PLC Programmer Eramosa Engineering Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your experience with us. While we wish that things would work out for all, we realize that we are not the place for everyone. We know that we work hard with every employee to provide them with an environment to succeed with the management team working very closely with those that might be struggling. We don't agree that you didn't see the support from senior staff and we have never let anyone go in a blip. That would be foolish for any organization to make rash decisions such as this, as it takes a lot of time to recruit, train, and grow staff, to not put the care and attention into helping them excel. We hope that you found success and a place where you can truly fly!
