      You will work with lots of project in a short time so you can improve yourself faster.

      - No project tracking - Office needs not met on time - Boss is very relaxed and has trouble motivating employees. - A hard-working project can be shelved suddenly - Office environment is very noisy - Because the boss hires her friends, she can't stay neutral when problems arise
