      Pros

      Hours are pretty flexible, the job itself is pretty straightforward, and the work is not demanding at all.

      Cons

      Some of the management are very disconnected from our day-to-day work life. Some of the higher-up managers leave for extended periods and come back and interrupts the flow of work.
