For years of working with Eqvilent I am fully satisfied with cultural and workflow enviroment. While at the start project were more routine but now you may face real challenges and complicated projects and transactions with unique experience in the industry. The company provides a comprehensive compensation package with not only quite good salary but also a lot of additional benefits like relocation packages, comfortable working sites and company events in different countries. The team leaders are experienced and real top tier professionals in the industry. They appreciate self development and commitment to Eqvilent goals. The team encourges meritocratic approach and once you deliver results you might expect generous rewards with promotion and favourable attitude

Cons

Company is growing fast so some internal procedures and cooperations are still in the process of building and formalizing which sometimes might cause some delays or confusions but any challenges resolved quite quickly and effectively
